Welcome to CEO Program
At the heart of all communities is people, and it is the responsibility of community leaders to ensure that every member of their community is cared for.
Leaders look beyond themselves and their own needs to others in need. They look for opportunities, mechanisms and structures to take care of those who must not be forgotten.
CEO Program introduces a revolutionary concept in leadership training, linking together leadership skill development and community engagement.
CEO (Community Engagement Opportunity) truly is Leadership in Action.

CEO Program Community Engagement Day 2011 - A HUGE SUCCESS
Hosted by Castle Hill RSL and sponsored by ZAC Homes, the morning couldn't be dampened by a brief shower, as over 100 enthusiastic participants, guests and sponsors all converged in the RSL carpark for a hearty breakfast, provided by the Norwest Sunrise Rotary Group, before embarking on a bus journey for a 'bird's eye view' on just what the CEO Participants' had achieved as their major Community Group Projects we showcased.
Upon the participants', sponsors and guests arrival back at the RSL, they enjoyed a delicious lunch. Throughout the afternoon, MC Trent Barrett interviewed the guest panel about the experiences and reasons as to why they became involved in the program and addressed everyone on his personal experiences of leadership.
"A true Leader is one who puts his team first and self second" Trent Barrett (NRL)
